Cancellation Policy

Prior to confirming a reservation or purchase, you will be informed about the cancellation and refund policy applicable to such reservation or purchase and that policy shall apply as if incorporated into these Purchase Terms. Depending on the room rate selected, some reservations may be cancelled without charge up to a specified time listed below.

Cancellation and refunds are subject to Management discretion. Where approved, cost associated with fees will be applied.

All No Shows:

• Will incur total price of the reservation (stay dates).

Prepay – Non – Refundable Rates:

• Will incur total price of the reservation (stay dates).

• Non-Refundable and no changes are permitted.

Flexible Rates:

• Once a booking has been confirmed the following cancellation policy will apply & cancellation charges will be charged to the method of guarantee. **Please note that the Resort operates on Cook Islands local time, which may differ from Greenwich Mean Time due to the International Date Line.

• Cancellations received within 0-10 days will incur the total price of your reservation (stay dates). (Cook Islands time).

You may wish to purchase travel insurance to cover any potential losses associated with cancellation or modification of such reservations.
